Job Title: Data Analytics Leader - Alternative Investments Required Domain - Capital Market, Financial Market, Fixed Income, Equity Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Data Analytics Leader to spearhead data analytics initiatives for alternative investments. The ideal candidate will lead a cross-functional team, develop data strategies, and drive delivery excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of data architects, analysts, and technologists to deliver high-impact data analytics solutions. - Develop and execute data strategies aligned with business objectives. - Architect and oversee data platforms, including SQL Server, Snowflake, and Power BI. - Lead initiatives in Data Architecture, Data Modeling, and Data Warehouse (DWH) development. - Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their integration into client solutions. Requirements: - 15+ years of experience in program or project management within capital markets and financial services. - Demonstrated expertise in SQL Server, Snowflake, Power BI, ETL processes, and Azure Cloud Data Platforms. - Hands-on experience with big data technologies and modern data architecture. - Proven track record in delivering projects emphasizing data quality, integrity, and accuracy. Preferred Qualifications: - Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, Snowflake Certified Architect, or Microsoft Power BI Certified) - Advanced degrees (MBA, MS in Computer Science, or related fields) preferred
