Job Description

Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Bangalore. As a seasoned professional in Capital Markets, you will play a key role in driving business growth and process improvements. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions - Provide expertise in Capital Markets, specifically in Hedge Funds, Fund Accounting, Investment Banking, Private Credit, Private Equity, and Fund Management - Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders - Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive process improvements - Work closely with distributed teams in an Agile development environment Requirements - 10+ years of experience in Capital Markets, with a focus on Private Credit and Private Equity Fund Operations - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field - Strong SQL skills for data analysis - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proven experience working with ALM tools like JIRA, Rally, or Azure Boards - Ability to work in a hybrid environment with a UK shift
