Lead Data Analyst

As a Lead Data Analyst, you will be an integral part of our analytics team in Ahmedabad. With over 3 years of experience, you will leverage your expertise in Power BI, Advanced Excel, and SQL to transform data into actionable insights and guide stakeholders in making informed, data-driven decisions. Your role will involve building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, analyzing large datasets, writing optimized SQL queries, and collaborating with business teams to deliver technical solutions that address their requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models to generate valuable business insights. - Conduct ad-hoc analyses on large datasets to identify trends and opportunities. - Utilize SQL to extract, join, and aggregate data from relational databases efficiently. - Apply advanced Excel functions such as Power Query, INDEX-MATCH, and pivot tables for reporting and analysis purposes. - Engage with business teams to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions. - Analyze data from CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot to evaluate sales funnel performance, customer behavior, and lead quality. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting tools and sources. - Present data findings to business stakeholders in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner. Required Skills & Experience: - Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence. - Proficiency in English communication. - Strong expertise in Power BI including DAX, data modeling, and custom visuals. - Proficient in SQL for data manipulation and extraction. - Advanced skills in Excel, including formulas and automation techniques. - Familiarity with CRM systems for analyzing customer and sales data. - Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic work environment.,
