As a Lead Data Analyst at Apex Group, you will be responsible for spearheading our data analytics initiatives and providing technical expertise to the team. Your role will involve shaping data analytics products, designing analytical frameworks, and driving innovation in data analysis methodologies. Working closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders, you will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, offering strategic insights, and guiding data-driven initiatives. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement data analytics strategies aligned with organizational goals. - Identify data-driven opportunities to optimize business performance and achieve strategic objectives. - Collaborate with senior leaders to define analytical requirements and establish key performance indicators. - Design and implement advanced analytical models and algorithms to extract insights from complex data sets. - Provide thought leadership in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques. - Maintain data governance frameworks and data quality standards to ensure accuracy of data assets. - Lead cross-functional teams in designing data visualizations, dashboards, and reports. - Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics. - Mentor junior analysts and support their professional growth. - Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure efficient data collection and integration. - Present complex findings and recommendations to senior leaders in a clear and compelling manner. - Promote a data-driven culture within the organization. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's or Ph.D. preferred. - 10 years of experience as a Data Analyst, with significant experience in a senior role. - Proficiency in SQL and programming skills in Python/R. - Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and machine learning algorithms. - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - Strong understanding of database structures and data governance principles. - Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in cloud platforms and big data technologies. - Familiarity with data science platforms and libraries. - Business acumen and experience in leading cross-functional teams.
