Primary Functions: - Develop and optimize Tableau dashboards to meet business needs, ensuring they are intuitive, visually appealing, and provide actionable insights. - Conduct usability interviews with stakeholders to gather requirements, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and create impactful visualizations. - Translate complex datasets into clear visual representations for senior executives and business leaders. - Ensure data integrity and accuracy by cleaning, transforming, and preparing data for visualization. - Optimize Tableau dashboard performance using calculated fields, level of detail (LOD) expressions, and data blending techniques. - Manage multiple dashboard development projects independently in a fast-paced environment, meeting project deadlines. - Provide training and share best practices for Tableau usage within the marketing analytics team. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field. - 5+ years of hands-on experience in Tableau dashboard development. - Proficiency in Tableau's advanced features, such as calculated fields, LOD expressions, data blending, and dashboard optimization. - Strong understanding of data visualization principles to create visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards. - Experience in data cleaning and preparation for seamless integration with Tableau. - Excellent collaboration and communication skills to translate business requirements into effective dashboard solutions. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. - Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing data in relational databases. - Familiarity with Marketing analytics concepts and technology platforms. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Knowledge of performance tuning techniques for large-scale dashboards to enhance speed and efficiency. - Familiarity with cloud-based data environments like AWS Aurora or Redshift. - Background in data storytelling and user experience (UX) design for intuitive and actionable dashboards. - Previous experience in analytics within the airline, hospitality, or travel industry would be advantageous.,
