Job Description

As a Team Lead- Contract Review at UnitedLex, your main responsibility is to apply your expertise in the review process to come up with solutions for effective Project Management and apply established best practices to manage Project productivity and quality. You will be required to perform quality control across multiple projects, set up and oversee review projects in accordance with the SOW and UnitedLex best practices, and keep track of SOW terms implementation. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating effective and profitable staffing plans, tracking Project budget and costs, and assisting Workflow Management in invoicing for Projects. You will also need to have a clear understanding of UnitedLex policies and business requirements in order to manage end-to-end review services successfully. Your key responsibilities as a Team Lead- Contract Review include: - Applying expertise in the review process to find solutions for effective Project Management - Performing quality control across multiple projects - Setting up and overseeing review projects in line with the SOW and UnitedLex best practices - Keeping track of SOW terms implementation - Creating effective and profitable staffing plans - Tracking Project budget and costs - Assisting Workflow Management in invoicing for Projects - Maintaining accurate and timely Project data for effective management - Identifying client's needs and suggesting workable solutions - Motivating the team, taking ownership, supporting performance, and appreciating achievements - Conducting formal performance reviews of subordinates and implementing team development plans - Enhancing internal processes and applying innovations to Projects and internal processes - Planning effectively, setting goals, and prioritizing activities for self and the team In order to be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience: - Strong grasp of contracting best practices - At least 5 years of experience in contract drafting and negotiation - Understanding and adherence to confidentiality and ISMS protocols - Strong ability to leverage contract automation tools - Basic proficiency in MS Office skills such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point - Willingness to work weekends and stretch beyond regular hours to meet client deadlines - LL.B/L.L.M. degree Working Conditions: - Ready to work a 9-hour shift between 10:30 am and 10:30 pm - Willingness to stretch beyond regular hours or work from home as needed - Readiness to travel on business for short and long durations - Compulsory adherence to ISO/IEC 27001:2005 guidelines Please refer to UnitedLex's Privacy Policy for more information: https://unitedlex.com/privacy-policy/ As a Team Lead- Contract Review at UnitedLex, your main responsibility is to apply your expertise in the review process to come up with solutions for effective Project Management and apply established best practices to manage Project productivity and quality.
