Job Description

As a Lead Consultant, SFDC Developer (Experience Cloud) at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in the analysis, design, development, unit testing, and deployment on the Salesforce platform within an Agile environment. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the analysis, design, development, unit testing, and deployment on the Salesforce platform - Building custom solutions using LWC, Aura, Apex, and Visualforce - Implementing standard Salesforce functionality and features like Workflow, Process Builder, and flows - Executing integration testing and maintaining code coverage - Developing triggers, batch classes, and scheduled jobs while adhering to best coding standards - Writing Apex code following industry best practices and design patterns - Maintaining expert-level knowledge of Salesforce system architecture and development best practices - Creating complex integrations between Salesforce and other systems through custom APIs or middleware tools - Handling production incident debugging, bug fixes, service requests, data loads, and enhancements - Providing business support for critical issues and mentoring operations team members Qualifications we seek in you: Minimum qualifications: - BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding or equivalent work/technical experience - Experience with the development of Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud instances for large enterprises and multiple geographies - Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Certification - Proficiency in declarative methods (Process Builder, Flow, Workflow) and programmatic methods using Apex and Lightning web components - Experience with Apex Data Loader Preferred qualifications: - Demonstrable experience in designing and building Lightning pages for enhanced end-user experiences - Experience with Salesforce sites and Communities - Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST & SOAP APIs, JSON & XML - Knowledge of Salesforce platform best practices, coding, design guidelines, and governor limits - Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively - Passion for a fast-paced, high-growth environment - Good to have experience in Conga, specifically Conga Composer for dynamic document generation, Contract lifecycle, Contract approval, and Electronic Signature by Conga Sign,
