Lead Consultant, SFDC Developer (Experience Cloud)

We are currently seeking applications for the position of Lead Consultant, SFDC Developer (Experience Cloud). In this role, your responsibilities will include: - Leading analysis, design, development, unit testing, and deployment on the Salesforce platform within an Agile framework. - Building custom solutions on the platform using LWC, Aura, Apex, and Visualforce. - Implementing standard Salesforce functionality such as sharing rules, roles, profiles, etc., and utilizing features like Workflow, Process Builder, and flows to create solutions. - Conducting integration testing with Apex test classes and ensuring maximum code coverage. - Developing triggers, batch classes, and scheduled jobs while maintaining coding standards. - Writing Apex code following industry best practices and design patterns. - Maintaining expert-level knowledge of Salesforce system architecture and development best practices. - Developing complex integrations between Salesforce and other systems through custom APIs or middleware tools. - Handling production incident debugging, bug fixes, service requests, data loads, and enhancements. - Providing business support for critical issues and mentoring operations team members. Qualifications we are looking for in you: Minimum qualifications / Skills: - BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding or equivalent experience. - Experience in developing Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud instances for large enterprises across multiple geographies. - Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Certification. - Proficiency in both declarative (Process Builder, Flow, Workflow) and programmatic methods, extending the Lightning Platform using Apex and Lightning web components. - Experience using Apex Data Loader. Preferred qualifications / Skills: - Demonstrable experience in designing and building Lightning pages for improved end-user experiences. - Experience with Salesforce sites and Communities. - Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (REST & SOAP API, JSON & XML, etc.). - Knowledge of Salesforce platform best practices, coding standards, design guidelines, and governor limits. - Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills with a strong ability to prioritize effectively. - Passion for working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - Good to have experience in Conga, specifically Conga Composer for dynamic document generation, Contract lifecycle, Contract approval, and Electronic Signature by Conga Sign.
