Lead Consultant Process / Program

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to provide consulting-led solutions to clients by creating business cases that articulate the benefits of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to the organization. You will lead proposal responses and define As-Is and To-Be processes in RPA projects. Additionally, you will run successful projects, develop procedures for business excellence, and interface with various client teams to ensure project delivery. Your role will involve leading teams, overseeing effort estimation, and supporting business management reporting. You will also provide guidance to consulting and development teams, establish metrics and KPIs for project governance, and drive change management processes. Post-implementation support of RPA solutions will also be a part of your responsibilities.
