Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of IT experience, including a minimum of 3 years in AI/ML development and deployment. - Profound knowledge of supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning techniques. - Proficiency in Python, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), and integration tools. - Expertise in Prompt Engineering for LLMs, Context Engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). - Sound understanding of MLOps practices such as CI/CD, model monitoring, and versioning. - Familiarity with data pipelines, APIs, and system integration. - Hands-on experience with NLP, object detection, and deep learning frameworks. - Awareness of AI governance, ethics, and compliance.
