Job Description

As an HR Data Analyst at Ameriprise India LLP, your role involves supporting the HR Leaders with data analysis and insights to develop internal employee compensation programs and initiatives. You will work with a global team of Compensation Consultants to provide analysis, insights, and advice to the Ameriprise Business. Your key responsibilities include: - Partnering with compensation team members to provide analytical and consultative support to multiple business lines - Providing consultative support to HR Business Partners on compensation matters of low to medium complexity - Performing activities related to compensation programs such as base salary, incentive plans, and market pricing analysis - Leading key compensation processes like managing annual variable compensation spreadsheets - Identifying opportunities for the development or modification of various compensation programs through data analysis - Working closely with HR Business Partners on compensation review processes and analysis - Acting as a point of contact for HR Business Partners regarding benchmarking and market data - Conducting competitive analysis and recommending updates in line with market trends - Delivering ad-hoc compensation analyses to Compensation team colleagues and HR Business Partners as required - Providing occasional support for tasks in other areas of the Compensation team as needed Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 5-7 years of relevant experience - Demonstrated ability to analyze and manipulate data to identify trends or patterns - Strong communication skills to discuss issues and articulate program/policy interpretation - Ability to build strong working relationships through credible work product - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint About Ameriprise India LLP: Ameriprise India LLP has been providing financial solutions for 125 years, helping clients plan and achieve their financial objectives.
