About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, architect cloud-native solutions, and support the growth of our cloud modernization journey.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement secure, scalable and robust cloud infrastructure and platform services on AWS and Azure, adhering to Cloud and industry best practices

Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) for the Cloud ecosystem using tools like AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, ARM, Chef and Ansible

Establishes Architecture technical design, engineering, and documentation standards as a reference for all new systems implementations and workload migrations

Hands-on skills with Cloud computing, containers/orchestration, auto scaling, CI/CD and pipeline optimization

Implement observability frameworks, including monitoring, logging, and alerting, to ensure system reliability and performance

Enforce security best practices, covering IAM policies, encryption, network segmentation, and compliance with standards such as GxP, CIS, NIST, HIPAA, and ISO

Collaborate with stakeholders across R&D, clinical, regulatory, and manufacturing to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions

Drive cost and performance optimization across various Cloud environments, ensuring efficient use of resources

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in cloud architecture

AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate and above

Deep understanding of AWS services including EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, and more

Strong experience with containerization (Docker, ECS, EKS) and serverless architectures

Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell).

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
