As a Senior Executive - Structural Design (P&D) at Adani Airports Holding Limited, your role is crucial in assisting in the development of structural designs for airport infrastructure projects. By collaborating with seniors and stakeholders, you will contribute to the successful completion of design components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Structural Design Development:** - Assist in developing and refining structural design concepts for airport infrastructure in compliance with industry standards and aviation regulations. - Support the creation of detailed structural drawings and specifications, and participate in design reviews for accuracy and feasibility. - Stay updated with multidisciplinary knowledge and latest amendments in codes to ensure adherence to standards. - **Site Inspections And Construction Support:** - Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, verify alignment with design specifications, and document any discrepancies for discussion with seniors. - Provide on-site support to construction teams for the proper implementation of structural designs. - **Facilitate Coordination With Stakeholders:** - Act as a point of contact between the design team and project stakeholders, addressing queries and providing updates. - Coordinate with external consultants, internal teams, and partners to ensure smooth integration and execution of designs. - **Budget Monitoring:** - Monitor project expenditures, document deviations from the approved budget, and analyze variances for corrective actions. - **Project Documentation And Compliance:** - Prepare documentation for regulatory approvals and construction, ensuring adherence to safety standards and environmental guidelines. - **Risk Assessment And Management:** - Identify potential risks related to structural design and construction processes, and support the development of risk mitigation strategies. - **Feasibility Study And Analysis:** - Participate in feasibility studies to evaluate design proposals in terms of technical specifications, cost implications, and risks. **Qualifications:** - **Education Qualification:** - Bachelors / Master's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. - **Work Experience:** - Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in structural design, preferably with exposure to airport development projects. - Engineer (CEng)/LEED Accreditation/Project Management Certification would be preferred.,
