Lead - Change Management, WRB Operations

Role Overview: You will focus and contribute to the delivery of the Group and TTO strategy, S25, by understanding the business strategy, value proposition, client value proposition, income, revenue, cost, risk optimization, and capital implications. Collaborating with senior leadership to align initiatives with the organization's strategic goals will be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage projects related to automation agenda across Operations with a focus on core TP and workflow systems. - Conceive and prioritize automation areas, including reviewing benefits versus costs. - Engage with T&I teams to enable the delivery of objectives and manage projects in relation to QPR requirements and end-to-end governance. - Deliver on the agenda for Continuous Improvements, cost management, and benefits management by monitoring costs within Budgets/Forecasts/ PEDs and spends for automation. - Conduct cost benefit analysis for automation opportunities and identify opportunities for reducing costs through automation and other initiatives.
