Lead Category Manager

As a member of the JAPAC Real Estate & Facilities procurement team at Oracle, your role will involve collaborating with the Real Estate & Facilities, Global Physical Security Lines of Business to handle strategic procurement tasks. You will report to the Director, Facilities Procurement JAPAC & EMEA and work towards objectives set by the Global Procurement Senior Director. Your responsibilities will include preparing and analyzing RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, engaging in Supplier Relationship Management, and negotiating contracts in alignment with Oracle's legal terms and conditions. Building relationships with stakeholders, providing support, and managing procurement projects will be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare, conduct, and analyze RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs - Engage in Supplier Relationship Management and Supplier Due Diligence - Formulate, review, and negotiate contracts in alignment with legal terms and conditions - Build relationships with stakeholders and provide ongoing support - Act as an interface for internal customers and manage procurement projects - Follow procurement processes and procedures, complete evaluations, and make supplier selection recommendations - Formulate Service Level Agreements and monitor supplier performance - Liaise with Oracle's Procurement Contracts Team to ensure compliance with policies Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 10 years of strategic procurement experience or Project Management experience - PMP certification and an engineering background - Experience in indirect procurement for Real Estate & Facilities and Security services - Strong interpersonal skills and proven contract negotiation capabilities - Proficiency in supplier relationship management and advanced Excel skills - Experience in Data Center Procurement is an added advantage In this role, your contribution is crucial to ensuring Oracle obtains the best quality materials, components, equipment, and services at the best value for its operations.,
