Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Crafting Shena Push-Up Boards, Mudgars, Gadas, and other wooden products with precision.
• Following exact measurements, drawings, and specifications.
• Using carpentry tools and machinery effectively and safely.
• Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet strict quality standards.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workshop.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven carpentry experience (furniture, handicrafts, or precision woodwork preferred).
• Strong skills in measurements, joints, finishing, and polishing.
• Ability to work with hardwoods (experience with mahogany will be an advantage).
• No compromise on accuracy and finishing.
• ITI/Diploma in Carpentry preferred, but not mandatory if highly skilled.
