Lead-Business Development ,

You will be responsible for driving business development for Enterprise Learning Solutions, focusing on the Banking & Insurance sectors as well as other high-growth sectors such as Auto, Telecom, and Consumer Durable/Retail. Your primary goal will be to identify new market opportunities and implement business expansion tactics in line with the overall growth strategy. Engaging with prospective clients will be a key aspect of your role, to build a strong pipeline of potential opportunities for Enterprise Learning Solutions. You will also conduct consultations with these clients to identify service offerings and explore opportunities for enhancing and cross-selling services to existing clients. Collaboration with the Business Unit Head will be essential in developing innovative solutions and competitive proposals. Your ability to create visually engaging and concise pitches tailored to each prospect will be crucial in delivering a compelling narrative. Furthermore, you will play a role in closing sales in collaboration with the CEO, Delivery Head, and Business Unit Head. Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with key stakeholders at client accounts will be vital. Additionally, you will be expected to develop and execute business development plans aimed at meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Market analysis to understand competition and industry trends, as well as collaboration with marketing and delivery/product teams to align strategies with company goals, will also be part of your responsibilities.
