Role Lead Business Analyst (Healthcare)

We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst with deep expertise in healthcare systems, analytics, and digital

platforms. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, analytics teams, and delivery squads to design solutions that

address complex healthcare business needs while shaping the next wave of AI-powered healthcare innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Any Engineering background (or) MBA in Business Analytics/ Business Management etc..
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare domain (providers, payers, or digital health

platforms).

Strong domain knowledge of US Healthcare, including clinical documentation workflows & patient

information systems.

Familiarity with EHR/EMR, HIS modules (Clinical, Patient, RCM, Lab, Radiology).
Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, and system analysis.
Understanding of clinical workflows and value-based care models.
Exposure to analytics, reporting, and visualization techniques.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proficient in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
