Lead (Briquetting Plants)

As a Production Manager located in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, your role will involve overseeing the production output, product quality, and ensuring on-time shipping. You will work closely with the VP of SCM & Ops to establish effective monitoring systems for business processes. Your responsibilities will also include minimizing machine downtime, ensuring timely maintenance, and maintaining the availability of critical spares at all times in the plants. Key Responsibilities: - Develop formats and matrices for monitoring and evaluating the entire briquette production process from raw material to finished goods. - Coordinate with various departments to gather and analyze data for report preparation. - Provide technical assistance and advice to Plant Heads. - Conduct regular visits to production sites to gather firsthand insights. - Monitor local arrangements at production sites. - Prepare and deliver reports to the VP of SCM & Ops. - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technologies. - Facilitate training for new employees. - Manage all HR matters for briquetting plants across India.
