Lead (Briquetting Plants)

You will be based in Aurangabad, Maharashtra and will have the responsibility for overseeing production output, product quality, and on-time shipping. Your main task will be to assist the VP of SCM & Ops in establishing robust systems for effective monitoring and evaluation of the Business Processes. It will be essential to ensure minimal downtime of machines and timely maintenance, as well as plan for spares and ensure critical spares are always available at the plants. Your role will involve developing formats such as log frames and matrices for monitoring and evaluating the entire production process from raw material to finished goods. You will coordinate with various departments to gather and analyze data for report preparation. Offering technical assistance and guidance to Plant Heads will be part of your duties, along with regular visits to Business Processes to gather firsthand insights and monitor operations under local arrangements. Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering regular reports to the VP of SCM & Ops, staying updated on industry trends and technologies, organizing training for new employees, and managing all HR matters for the Business Processes across India. Key Performance Indicators for this role include machine uptime, meeting production targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, compliance adherence, employee attrition rate, and overall profitability. The ideal candidate for this position should be a Graduate with practical experience in managing briquetting plants, with a work experience of 8-10 years.,
