Key Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end development of complex blockchain projects and decentralized systems.
Architect and implement blockchain solutions with a focus on high availability, scalability, and security.
Lead a team of blockchain developers, providing mentorship, setting technical direction, and ensuring high standards of development practices.
Spearhead integration of blockchain systems with existing enterprise architectures, including APIs and third-party services.
Work closely with executive leadership to define and refine blockchain technology strategy and vision.
Analyze and optimize the performance of deployed blockchain systems, ensuring maximum uptime and transaction throughput.
Drive the implementation of best practices for blockchain development and innovation within the organization.

Key Skills

Expertise in multiple blockchain frameworks and platforms (Ethereum, Hyperledger, Cosmos, etc.).
Deep understanding of distributed ledger technologies (DLT), consensus algorithms, and cryptographic principles.
Advanced proficiency in Solidity, Rust, Go, or other blockchain-specific programming languages.
Experience building and managing large-scale decentralized applications (dApps).
Knowledge of security audits, gas optimization, and smart contract vulnerabilities.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team of developers.
Experience with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices, especially for blockchain-related projects.
Familiarity with interoperability solutions and Layer 2 scaling technologies like Polkadot or Optimism.
