Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Lead Backend Developer to join our team at Techjays, with 3-8 years of experience in the software product industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development and leadership.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality backend systems using various technologies.
Lead a team of developers to ensure timely project delivery and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Mentor junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby.
Experience with database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Knowledge of API design principles and version control systems like Git.
