Lead Backend Developer

Role Overview: As a key member of the team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the products have the best technical design and architecture. You will collaborate with your peers and team members to create top-notch technical solutions. It will be essential for you to identify technical challenges in advance and provide effective solutions to overcome them, ensuring the successful implementation of features and functionality. Additionally, you will need to be responsive to business needs and demands from client-facing teams for features, enhancements, and bug fixes. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with senior Ripik.AI tech and AI leaders to shape and scale the software products and Ripiks proprietary platform for hosting manufacturing-focused AI and ML software products. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure best technical design and architecture for products - Identify and address technical challenges proactively - Respond quickly to business needs and client-facing teams demands - Collaborate with senior Ripik.AI tech and AI leaders to shape and scale software products - Work on creating technical solutions with peers and team members Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5+ years of experience - 4+ years of experience in team handling - Deep expertise in Java and working exposure in Python (1-3 years preferred) - Expertise in coding for business logic, server scripts, and APIs - Excellent in SQL queries for backend databases and CRUD operations - Working exposure in React.js - Exposure to relational databases such as MYSQL, Postgres DB, and non-relational databases like MongoDB, Graph-based databases, HBASE, and Cloud-native big data stores - Experience working on public cloud platforms like GCP, Azure, or AWS (GCP preferred) - Exposure to Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence to collaborate with ML engineers in building the backend of AI-enabled apps (Note: No additional details about the company were mentioned in the job description),
