Lead Backend Developer

As a Software Architect at Ripik.AI, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the products have the best technical design and architecture. You will be supported by peers and team members in creating best-in-class technical solutions. Your responsibilities will include identifying technical challenges proactively and providing effective solutions to overcome them, ensuring the successful implementation of features and functionality. You will need to quickly respond to business needs and client-facing teams demand for features, enhancements, and bug fixes. Additionally, you will work closely with senior Ripik.AI tech and AI leaders in shaping and scaling the software products and Ripik's proprietary platform for hosting manufacturing-focused AI and ML software products. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure products have the best technical design and architecture - Identify technical challenges proactively and provide effective solutions - Respond quickly to business needs and client-facing teams demand - Work with senior Ripik.AI tech and AI leaders in shaping and scaling software products Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5+ years of experience - 4+ years of team handling experience - Deep expertise and working exposure in Java, with additional working exposure in Python (1-3 years preferred) - Expertise in coding for business logic, server scripts, and application programming interfaces (APIs) - Excellent in SQL queries for backend databases; CRUD operations for databases from applications - Working exposure in React.js - Exposure to relational databases such as MySQL, Postgres DB, non-relational databases like MongoDB, Graph-based databases, HBASE, and Cloud-native big data stores - Experience working on public cloud platforms (GCP/Azure/AWS; GCP preferred) - Exposure to Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence, collaborating with ML engineers to build backend of AI-enabled apps Please note that the company Ripik.AI is focused on developing software products and a proprietary platform for hosting manufacturing-focused AI and ML software products.,
