Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Automation Strategy & Planning
: Design and implement robust automation frameworks using
Java
and
Selenium
to streamline testing processes.
Test Execution
: Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
Cloud Integration
: Leverage
AWS
services to optimize testing environments and ensure scalability.
Database Validation
: Perform backend testing using
SQL
to validate data integrity and consistency.
Performance Testing
: Utilize
JMeter
to conduct load and performance testing, identifying bottlenecks and ensuring system reliability.
Team Leadership
: Mentor and guide QA team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and fostering a culture of quality.
Collaboration
: Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align testing objectives with project goals.
Defect Management
: Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.
Reporting
: Generate detailed test reports and metrics to communicate testing progress and quality status to stakeholders.

Experience
: 9+ years in QA automation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

: Strong analytical and debugging skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
Communication
: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Agile Methodology
: Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum/kanban environments.
Knowledge on Github copilot will added advantage
