Cogniron is looking for an experienced Lead Automation Engineer with proven expertise in building automation frameworks, mentoring teams, and driving automation strategy across Web, Mobile, and API applications. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of Senior Automation Engineers. Design, build, and maintain robust automation frameworks for Web, iOS, Android, and API applications. Define automation strategy and best practices to ensure scalable and maintainable test solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Developers, QA, and Business Analysts to drive quality across projects. Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.). Establish metrics, dashboards, and reporting to track automation coverage and effectiveness. Conduct code reviews and enforce quality standards for automation scripts. Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues, ensuring timely delivery. Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and adopting new tools, frameworks, and methodologies. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at both technical and leadership levels. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in Automation Testing with hands-on expertise in Java, Selenium WebDriver, and test automation frameworks. Strong experience in designing and developing frameworks from scratch for Web, Mobile (iOS & Android), and API testing. Expertise in TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, or similar frameworks. Proven experience integrating automation within CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.). Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM automation across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules. Strong knowledge of API testing (REST/SOAP) using tools like Postman, RestAssured, Karate. Experience with Git or other version control tools. Familiarity with cloud-based test environments such as Sauce Labs, Browser Stack, or Lambda Test. Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a focus on delivering quality at scale.
