Job Description

Review the analysis and reports being created
Objective Key Results coaching to business teams
Share more advanced analysis & share data insights with leadership
Coordination with various teams across organization
Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions
Planning & driving weekly meetings & action items to closure
Proactive analysis & alerts on business health and concern areas
Objective Key Results formulation, reporting and tracking
Closely work with senior management and coordination with various teams across organization
Ascertaining accuracy of information gathered from multiple teams
Stakeholder management and good networking capability
Time Management and Prioritization
Creation of quarterly geographies review packs with meaningful insights containing financials, growth/pipeline execution delivery, key strategic focus areas, AI penetration etc. to be presented to leaders
Driving strategic and impactful agenda topics for stakeholder discussions, creating material & ensuring action items are effectively concluded
Ensure seamless execution of large implementations in geographies by effective cadence and reporting rhythm
Enable stable operations & higher growth trajectory of the geos
Provide meaningful insights, proactive analysis & alerts on geos health to senior leadership for optimal business decision making
Used OKR methodology to drive rigor & tracking of identified focus areas for all geo
Creation of service delivery excellence playbook at enterprise level for effective and efficient running of operations across geographies
Serve as a trusted advisor to the COS, providing operational support for key decisions, special projects, and company-wide initiatives
Top-down budget & target setting & implementation of cost saving plans for geos
Ascertaining accuracy of the financial data gathered from multiple sources
Coordination with various teams across organization
Proactive analysis & alerts on business health and concern areas
