Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of new IT systems, including solution design, development, and deployment. Providing technical leadership in the planning, design, and architect phases of IT solutions development. You will oversee and lead services, processes, and resources related to technology solutions across the organization. Shaping IT strategy, developing optimal solutions, and providing subject matter expertise related to IT solutions offerings. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a large development team and drive analysis of complex functional and business requirements. - Lead design activities and provide mentoring and guidance to other developers. - Demonstrate technical leadership, and exert influence outside of the immediate team. - Apply in-depth or broad technical knowledge to provide maintenance solutions across one or more technology areas (e.g. Database Administration). - Apply HP and 3rd party technologies and lead the design of highly complex infrastructure and software solutions. - Implement end-user or enterprise infrastructure or services of significant complexity. - Implement security measures and best practices to protect software applications from vulnerabilities and threats. - Work with CI/CD pipelines to automate software builds, testing, and deployment processes. - Integrate technical expertise and business understanding to create superior solutions for HP and customers. - Mentor and consult with team members and other organizations, customers, and vendors on complex issues. Qualifications Required: - Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. - Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in computer programming languages, testing tools, or a related field.
