Lead Architect MuleSoft

The role of IT Systems Implementation Lead involves overseeing the successful implementation of new IT systems, from solution design to development and deployment. As a technical leader, you will play a key role in planning, designing, and architecting IT solutions. Your responsibilities will include leading a large development team, analyzing complex requirements, and providing mentorship to other developers. You will be expected to demonstrate technical leadership, influence beyond your immediate team, and apply your expertise in technology areas such as Database Administration. In this role, you will work with HP and 3rd party technologies to design complex infrastructure and software solutions. You will be responsible for implementing end-user or enterprise infrastructure of significant complexity, as well as security measures to safeguard software applications. Utilizing CI/CD pipelines, you will automate software builds, testing, and deployment processes. Your expertise will be crucial in integrating technical knowledge with business understanding to deliver superior solutions for HP and its customers. Additionally, you will mentor team members, engage with other organizations, customers, and vendors, and provide guidance on complex issues. The ideal candidate for this position should have a four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. A strong background in computer programming languages, testing tools, or a similar field with 7-10 years of experience is preferred. Certification in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, or similar is also desirable. Key skills for this role include proficiency in Mulesoft, enterprise integration, CI/CD pipelines, and Jira. Effective communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity are essential cross-organizational skills.
