Job Description

As a Senior Reliability Consultant at Honeywell, you will be an integral part of the Global team focused on improving the reliability, availability, and performance of systems, assets, and processes for customer organizations. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting Reliability Assessments: You will analyze historical data, review maintenance practices, and evaluate failure modes to identify areas for improvement in systems, processes, or assets. - Developing Reliability Improvement Strategies: Based on assessments and risk analysis, you will create recommendations to enhance the reliability and performance of assets or systems by suggesting changes in practices or implementing condition monitoring techniques. - Implementing Reliability Solutions: Utilizing digital solutions like IIoT solutions and Predictive Maintenance to help customers reduce unplanned downtime and improve equipment performance. - Performing Root Cause Analysis: Analyzing data from past failures to determine root causes and develop predictive models in collaboration with engineering teams. - Conducting Reliability Modelling and Analysis: Using statistical and analytical techniques to model and analyze reliability data, assess system availability, and evaluate key reliability metrics. - Providing Training and Knowledge Transfer: Educating maintenance teams, engineers, and stakeholders on reliability concepts, methodologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement. - Performing Risk Analysis: Identifying potential failure modes, their consequences, and likelihood of occurrence to prioritize risks and develop mitigation strategies using techniques like FMEA, FTA, or RCM. Qualifications required for this role include: - Degree in Engineering, Science, or related fields or equivalent experience in a similar role. - Ability to lead customer reliability initiatives, ideally within the Oil & Gas and Refining industries. - Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver timely results. - Strong communication and influencing skills to engage effectively with diverse audiences. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to delegate tasks, coach teams, manage customer relationships, and lead through periods of change.
