Lead Applications Development - .Net / PowerBuilder

Overall Purpose: Develop (code), test, and provide on going application support for new or existing software applications, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business requirements.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: Software Development: Code and test new software applications to meet business requirements and user needs. Application Maintenance and Performance Optimization: Maintain and update existing applications to fix bugs, improve performance, and ensure compatibility with new technologies. Requirement Analysis and Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements/user stories, creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation. Quality Assurance and Technical Support: Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance. Collaboration and Project Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, managing development projects and staying updated with industry trends and technologies.
