Role & responsibilities:

• 5 to 8 years of Work experience in the field of

  Product Lifecycle Management, Engineering Change Management.

• Provide Level 1 & Level 2 Support to the users for the incidents/tickets raised for MAHLE PLM applications, Processes & Methods.
• Conduct classroom trainings for the group of users on different MAHLE PLM applications & methods.
• Testing new functionalities in various MAHLE specific systems/methods in close co-ordination with global team.
• Testing standard functionalities periodically in the MAHLE legacy systems.
• Write test scenarios for the new functionalities for various MAHLE systems & methods.
• Troubleshoot & resolve the interface issues between the different MAHLE PLM applications like Teamcenter, SAP, PTC windchill.
• Track the different system administrator to-do lists for the failures and resolve those issues.
• Co-ordinate with PLM/PDM IT team for the system/tool failure issues for resolution.
• Work closely with plant users to resolve their queries / issues related PLM applications & methods.
• Prepare user manuals and create training manuals. Prepare system admin activity manuals.
• Work in part/document/BoM migration activities for new rollouts.
• Lead the assigned tasks individually.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Qualification: Degree / Masters in Mechanical/Automobile/Production Engineering .
• Additional Qualification / Certification: Certification in Agile/Scrum, Any PLM tools/methods.
• Required Skills: Strong understanding of Product lifecycle management, Multitasking, Excellent Communication, Hands on experience in SAP PLM /Teamcenter/ PTC Windchill PDM Link, Advance in using Microsoft Office tools.
• Industry Preference: Automotive/Manufacturing/Service Industry.
