General Description: As a PLM/PDM Specialist, you will act as a skilled and knowledgeable team member whose role is to provide the business global PLM/PDM support and deliver best practices around the design and implementation of PLM applications and solutions in line with the business requirements. Role & responsibilities: 5 to 8 years of Work experience in the field of Product Lifecycle Management, Engineering Change Management. Provide Level 1 & Level 2 Support to the users for the incidents/tickets raised for MAHLE PLM applications, Processes & Methods. Conduct classroom trainings for the group of users on different MAHLE PLM applications & methods. Testing new functionalities in various MAHLE specific systems/methods in close co-ordination with global team. Testing standard functionalities periodically in the MAHLE legacy systems. Write test scenarios for the new functionalities for various MAHLE systems & methods. Troubleshoot & resolve the interface issues between the different MAHLE PLM applications like Teamcenter, SAP, PTC windchill. Track the different system administrator to-do lists for the failures and resolve those issues. Co-ordinate with PLM/PDM IT team for the system/tool failure issues for resolution. Work closely with plant users to resolve their queries / issues related PLM applications & methods. Prepare user manuals and create training manuals. Prepare system admin activity manuals. Work in part/document/BoM migration activities for new rollouts. Lead the assigned tasks individually. Preferred candidate profile: Qualification: Degree / Masters in Mechanical/Automobile/Production Engineering . Additional Qualification / Certification: Certification in Agile/Scrum, Any PLM tools/methods. Required Skills: Strong understanding of Product lifecycle management, Multitasking, Excellent Communication, Hands on experience in SAP PLM /Teamcenter/ PTC Windchill PDM Link, Advance in using Microsoft Office tools. Industry Preference: Automotive/Manufacturing/Service Industry.
