Lead Application Developer

As a Software Developer at Dentsu, your role involves providing technical guidance and suggesting improvements in development processes. Your primary responsibility will be to develop essential software features and ensure their timely delivery while maintaining compliance with the company's performance and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure error-free and timely delivery of assigned projects. - Gather and understand requirements from clients. - Assist in creating specifications documents, technical designs, and estimating projects. - Provide daily updates on project status. - Create and manage project documents. - Follow work allocation schedules and project plans. - Prioritize project tasks and seek supervisor assistance when needed. - Adhere to communication protocols, operational practices, information security practices, and attendance procedures. - Participate and contribute in review meetings. - Assist supervisors in tasks such as developing/executing new procedures/processes and diagnosing problems/client issues. Key Skills: - Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc./M.Sc. (Comp.
