Lead Analytics Consultant - BFSI

As a Lead Analytics Consultant in BFSI, your role will involve utilizing your 10-15 years of experience in analytics for BFSI to drive impactful insights and solutions. You will be expected to have hands-on experience with at least two analytics products and possess a degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, preferably with an MBA. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize business development skills to identify opportunities in the BFSI sector - Utilize BI & data warehousing tools to extract and analyze data effectively - Demonstrate BFSI business awareness to tailor analytics solutions accordingly - Write business requirements specifications for analytics use cases - Work effectively in a remote setting with cross-cultural sensitivity Qualifications Required: - Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics, preferably with an MBA - 10-15 years of experience in analytics for BFSI - Hands-on experience with at least two analytics products In addition to the technical qualifications, you are expected to exhibit the following behavioral competencies: - Ability to work independently without supervision - Strong collaboration skills to work effectively in a team - Quick learner to adapt to new technologies and methodologies - Active listener to understand business needs effectively - Strong negotiation skills to drive consensus and decision-making Please note that the company is in the IT/Computers-Software industry, and the role is categorized as Head - Business.
