Lead Analytics Consultant - BFSI

As a Lead Analytics Consultant in the BFSI sector, you will be responsible for leveraging your Engineering/Mathematics/Statistics background, preferably complemented with an MBA, to drive analytics initiatives. With 10-15 years of experience in analytics specifically within BFSI, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience in utilizing at least two analytics products. Your expertise in business development, BI & data warehousing tools, and BFSI business practices will be instrumental in identifying opportunities and driving strategic insights. A key aspect of your role will involve writing business requirements specifications for analytics use cases, requiring a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the industry. Your ability to work remotely, while maintaining cross-cultural sensitivity, will be essential in collaborating effectively with diverse teams. Operating without constant supervision, you will exhibit strong collaborative skills, a quick learning aptitude, attentive listening abilities, and adept negotiation techniques. Your educational background in B.E/B.Tech coupled with industry experience in IT/Computers-Software will provide a solid foundation for this leadership position as a Head of Business.
