Lead Analyst, Product Development

As a Lead Operations Analyst, Market Administration, your role involves managing the reference data for ICE's energy, agriculture, and financial derivatives markets and distributing this data across multiple systems to the trading and clearing platforms. You will be responsible for ongoing product maintenance, validating reference data, and serving as an escalation contact for real-time operations incident resolution. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create and execute daily operations workflow processes for reference data management - Validate change promotion in the production environment and configure change sets in non-production environments - Investigate inbound data inquiries from external and internal stakeholders and escalate as needed - Extract and analyze product reference data using different tools (SQL, Excel, etc.) - Construct customized methods to update product reference data according to business needs - Work with the project team and stakeholders to configure, test, and deploy new products - Assist project management with prioritization and tracking the deployment of new product initiatives - Assist operations with incident resolution - Manage staff of operations analysts as the role expands, including hiring, training, and managing daily workflows **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors Degree in Business Analytics, CS, MIS, or equivalent degree preferred - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Basic PL/SQL knowledge preferred, moderate or advanced skills a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio) with strong Excel skills required, experience with VBA a plus - 2-3 years of experience in banking, trading, clearing, or related industry highly preferred - Ability to proactively identify, report, and mitigate risks to project delivery - Strong technical aptitude and understanding of how technologies impact delivery - Results-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team - Effective in fast-paced, dynamic environments and facilitating requirements gathering sessions - Experience with object-oriented and relational databases, API development (particularly XML, FIXML, and/or FpML), and systems with high transaction volume management are all pluses,
