Lead Analyst - IT Payroll, Time & Labor

As a System Integration Engineer, you will collaborate with architects and analysts to design system components and integrations. You will be responsible for configuring and implementing time and attendance applications such as UKG PRO WFM (Dimensions), and being open to learning Kronos Workforce central and UKG PRO WFM (Dimensions) if you do not have prior experience. Additionally, you will partner with vendors for system implementations and migrations. Your role will involve authoring high-quality, unit-tested code to ensure responsiveness and performance. You will support testing phases including SIT, System Testing, UAT, and Regression Testing, and create and maintain test cases, traceability matrices, and documentation for all implementation and testing activities. Furthermore, you will participate in Conference Room Pilots (CRP2) and data migrations, as well as collaborate with external partners during migration and testing phases. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in a technical discipline - 7-10 Years of relevant experience Skills required for this role include proficiency in Defect Tracking & Resolution using tools during SIT, UAT, and parallel testing cycles. Any prior knowledge of Test Automation tools like Tosca would be beneficial. Experience with Agile methodologies, Agile development practices, and DevOps processes using Jira and Confluence would be advantageous. The ideal candidate will have excellent proficiency in the English language (written and verbal), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Multitasking and strong organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to lead cross-functional teams including QA, developers, SMEs, and business analysts during implementation and testing phases.,
