Lead Analyst - Identity and Access Management

You will be responsible for delivering, maintaining, and updating technology and platform solutions in Eaton's Identity and Access Management space. This includes providing subject matter expertise in platform and system design, development, and implementation. You will work with resources across functions to deliver technology solutions, highlighting operational or security risks. Additionally, you will tune and configure technologies to meet customer requirements, coordinate updates to ensure operational health and security, and monitor technology performance. Key Responsibilities: - Provide subject matter expertise in platform and system design, development, and implementation - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions, highlighting operational or security risks - Tune and configure technologies to meet customer and operational requirements - Coordinate updates to technology and platform documentation for operational health and security - Monitor technology and platform performance to ensure required performance, availability, and capacity - Continuously seek more efficient ways to manage and utilize technology and platform - Follow industry, organization, and ITIL best practices to maximize quality and efficiency Qualifications: - Bachelors or Associates degree from an accredited institution, a graduate of Eaton's Leadership Development Program, or equivalent experience - Minimum of 5 - 7 years in Cybersecurity Skills: - Experience in Identity and Access Management solutions and technologies - Proficiency in cloud access management tools, CyberArk, IGA solutions (SailPoint / Saviynt CPAM), and Okta tools - Experience architecting privileged access management solutions - Understanding of password vaulting, privileged session management, secrets management, and DevSecOps - Active Directory administration and familiarity with domain/forest topology - Configuring and managing the Okta CIAM platform - Implementing and troubleshooting SAML and OIDC/Oath integrations - Integration to Identity Governance solutions (SailPoint, Saviynt etc.) - Customizing and extending the Okta CIAM functionality Nice to Have Skills: - Cloud Development (Azure, AWS, GCP) - Experience with on-prem migrations to cloud-hosted environments - Non-human identity governance best practices - CyberArk Privileged Threat Analytics experience - Managing database credentials (Oracle & MS SQL) - Managing Privileged Accounts and APIs in Cloud Providers - Okta Access Gateway and Advanced Server Access - IaaS / PaaS access management - Developing integrations between PAM and IGA solutions Additional Company Details: - Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely - Excellent proficiency with the English language (written and verbal) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Time Management,
