Job Description

Experience in Identity and Access Management solutions and technologies. Must be proficient in cloud access management tools and experienced with Saviynt EIC (preferred) or other modern IGA solutions, including onboarding and troubleshooting enterprise-scale application integrations and Privileged Access Management best practices.

What you ll do:

" Lead the deployment of IGA solutions using Saviynt EIC, ensuring alignment with business, security, and regulatory requirements.
Drive RBAC and RBAD initiatives, including role mining, modeling, entitlement analysis, and role lifecycle management.
Oversee application onboarding, connector configuration, and provisioning/deprovisioning workflows.
Manage access certification campaigns, SoD policy enforcement, and compliance reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and enforce identity lifecycle policies, access governance frameworks, and security controls.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior analysts and support teams.
Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline identity processes and improve operational efficiency.
Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation for onboarding processes
Troubleshoot onboarding issues and escalate complex problems as needed"
