You will be responsible for delivering, maintaining, and updating technology and platform solutions in Eaton's Identity and Access Management space, with a specific focus on CyberArk, SailPoint / Saviynt CPAM, and Okta platforms. Your role involves providing subject matter expertise, leading platform and system design, development, and implementation. You will collaborate with resources across functions to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements while highlighting operational or security risks. Additionally, you will tune and configure technologies to meet operational needs, coordinate updates to ensure operational health and security, and monitor technology performance to maintain required levels of performance, availability, and capacity. Continuous improvement in managing and utilizing technology and platforms, adherence to industry, organization, and ITIL best practices are crucial aspects of this role to maximize quality and efficiency. Qualifications: - Bachelors or Associates degree from an accredited institution, a graduate of Eaton's Leadership Development Program, or equivalent experience - Minimum of 5 - 7 years in Cybersecurity Skills: - Proficiency in Identity and Access Management solutions and technologies with experience in cloud access management tools, CyberArk, IGA solutions (SailPoint / Saviynt CPAM), and Okta tools - Experience architecting privileged access management solutions - Strong understanding of password vaulting, privileged session management, secrets management, and DevSecOps - Knowledge of Active Directory administration, domain/forest topology, and configuring/managing the Okta CIAM platform - Ability to implement and troubleshoot SAML and OIDC/Oath integrations - Understanding of group nesting, multi-domain forests, universal groups, and integration to Identity Governance solutions - Familiarity with Identity Governance topics like identity lifecycle, role-based access, ABAC, certification, and access request workflows - Experience in customizing and extending Okta CIAM functionality - Nice to have experience in Cloud Development, on-prem migrations to cloud-hosted, non-human identity governance, CyberArk Privileged Threat Analytics, managing database credentials, privileged accounts and APIs in Cloud Providers, Okta Access Gateway, Okta Advanced Server Access, IaaS / PaaS access management, and developing integrations between PAM and IGA solutions - Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely - Excellent proficiency in the English language (written and verbal) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Effective time management skills,
