Lead Analyst - Healthcare

As a Research Analyst, your role involves devising a research plan and effective research strategy to conduct market research efficiently. You will work on designing analysis plans and search strategies, gather necessary information from various sources, and filter out relevant themes. Utilize both secondary and primary research sources, including interviews and surveys. Organize, analyze, synthesize, and summarize data using appropriate analytical tools. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis as required. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in Pre and Post sales discussions with clients and internal Business Development Executives. - Mentor team members on qualitative and quantitative research. - Review and analyze ongoing projects to ensure quality and production efficiencies, developing strategies for improvement. - Interact with decision-makers and end-user clients to define business requirements and project goals. - Conduct Market Engineering activities such as Market Estimation, sizing, and forecasting. - Communicate research results through structured end-products like memos, reports, and presentations. - Prepare and deliver Industry and Sector Research in specialized areas. Qualifications Required: - Experience in writing and designing research reports across multiple industry verticals. - Clear understanding of primary and secondary market research. - Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis. - Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills. - Previous experience in data analysis using various techniques. - Hands-on experience in Market Engineering activities. - Strong teamwork, communication, and prioritization skills. - Customer service orientation and ability to work in a collaborative environment. - Good command over business English for report content overview and collaboration with Research Editor.
