Lead AI

You will be responsible for leading the AI efforts at XpertReach and will be located on-site in Mumbai. Your role will involve architecting and scaling the intelligence layer of the client's product, focusing on social networks, recommendation engines, and feedback loops. Key Responsibilities: - Designing feedback loops and adaptive algorithms such as recommendation, ranking, embeddings, or graph neural networks - Demonstrating proficiency in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science - Fluency in Python and ML stack with experience in shipping to production at scale - Collaborating cross-functionally and presenting tradeoffs with clarity - Solving problems analytically and possessing excellent problem-solving skills Qualifications: - 5-10 years of experience in the field - Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field - Experience with vector databases like Qdrant, LLMs like Llama, GPT, Falcon, or Mistral - Built internal search, discovery, or referral engines that improved with use - Familiarity with academic literature around social capital, trust networks, or reputation layers - Comfortable with rapid experimentation and prioritizing what actually ships,
