Lead, Admissions and External Engagement

In this role within Anant, you will serve as the Lead for Admissions and External Engagement, reporting directly to the Provost. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Leading the Admissions and External Engagement team, overseeing the development and execution of a comprehensive student recruitment plan for all academic programs - Designing user-friendly application forms and admissions processes - Establishing annual admissions targets and providing support to students throughout the application process - Building and nurturing connections among stakeholders, as well as creating partnerships with renowned global institutions and agencies - Collaborating with the Financial Aid Committee to allocate need-based scholarships - Managing various marketing and outreach initiatives of the University - Compiling and maintaining reports on admissions, marketing, and outreach efforts To excel in this role, you should possess: - A relevant Masters degree or equivalent, along with a diverse intellectual background and involvement in extracurricular activities - At least 10 years of professional experience in admissions, marketing, and outreach within higher education or related sectors - Proficiency in academic management, student engagement, and strategic planning, which is considered advantageous Your expertise should encompass: - Strong project management capabilities with a meticulous approach and a focus on meeting deadlines - Proven interpersonal and communication skills - Competence in operational procedures, policy formulation, and strategy development and implementation - Knowledge of budget planning, cost estimation, fiscal management principles, and monitoring procedures Feel free to showcase your proficiency and strategic thinking in admissions, marketing, and outreach while contributing to Anant's vibrant academic community.,
