The Global Learning & Development team, part of Hitachi Digital's Talent Enablement function, focuses on the growth and development of leaders, managers, and employees within Hitachi Digital Services, Hitachi Vantara, and the organization itself. This small, collaborative, and diverse team is spread across multiple locations globally to ensure the delivery of virtual training on professional development skills at convenient times for all employees, irrespective of their location. Your responsibilities will include organizing, executing, and evaluating digital/tech learning solutions to support the Practices, conducting Learning Needs Identification on Technology/Digital/IT OT skills, supporting strategic L&D projects and initiatives, designing learning solutions and paths, curating learning courses, planning training calendars, coordinating technology training setups, managing cloud certification drives, overseeing vendor management, designing training newsletters, and preparing training dashboards for stakeholders.
