As the Global Training Budget and Finance Manager at Colt, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the global training budget, managing external training requests, supporting Early Careers programs, managing audit requests, and providing essential support to the Learning and Development (L&D) team. Key Responsibilities: - Track and report on the spend vs actuals of the global training budget at Colt - Provide reports on platform usage, Colt Excel, and SNOW - Manage vendor relationships and provide reports on external platform usage - Manage Colt Excel Partner Pages and respond to Boost Your Skills mailbox - Support Early Careers consultants in managing the graduate and apprenticeship program in India - Consolidate audit requests and submit information as required - Run Mandatory Training reports - Provide support to the team's initiatives as required Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills - Finance Knowledge - Proven stakeholder engagement and management skills - Management reporting experience - Data-driven analytical mindset - Communication, presentation, and facilitation skills - Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources or a relevant field At Colt, you will have the opportunity to make a difference by empowering people and creating intelligent solutions globally.
