1) Will be handling end to end activities of L&OD in the API units.
2) Doing training need Analysis in the related locations
3) Preparing training calendar for all the units as per the classification of the programs and also ensures the execution of training calendar
3) Ensures that all the employee engagement activities are done in the related units as per the calendar
4) Prepare unit wise competency skill assessment and develop IDP
5) Identify the unit wise critical talent and nurture them and develop as future potential leaders
6) Working with HR to create succession planning in the units up to certain levels
7) Ensures to increase employee positive experience through various interventions.
8) Responsible for maintenance of data and records and support during the audits
9) Submit monthly and weekly report to L&D head.
