Job Description

About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to handle Registrar of Companies (ROC) and Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) compliance work. The role involves ensuring statutory compliance under the Companies Act, timely filing of forms, maintaining records, and supporting the company in all corporate governance matters. Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation, certification, and filing of ROC forms and returns (MGT-7, AOC-4, ADT-1, DIR-12, INC-22, etc.) with MCA. Ensure timely compliance under the Companies Act, LLP Act, and related regulations. Drafting and maintaining statutory registers, resolutions, notices, and minutes of Board Meetings, General Meetings, and Committee Meetings. Assisting in preparation and filing of event-based compliances (change in directors, share capital, registered office, charge creation/satisfaction, etc.). Liaising with MCA, ROC, and other statutory authorities as required. Assisting in annual filings, XBRL filings, and compliance audits. Monitoring due dates and maintaining compliance calendars. Supporting internal teams and clients (if applicable) with compliance queries.
