About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. File GST returns and ensure tax compliance for the company 2. Draft and send legal notices and respond promptly to incoming legal notices 3. Handle corporate compliance tasks including company address changes, ROC filings, and other statutory obligations 4. Manage interactions with government departments and regulatory bodies 5. Prepare, review, and edit legal documents and contracts 6. Assist in comprehensive compliance audits and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks Requirements: 1. Pursuing or completed a degree in Law (LLB) 2. Strong knowledge of GST, corporate law, and compliance 3. Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills 4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines 5.
