We serve clients across Central India—covering Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, and parts of Maharashtra—offering end-to-end advisory, compliance, and litigation support in GST and related laws.

Role: Tax Lawyer (Full-Time | On-Site – Raipur)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tax Lawyer to join our legal team. The role involves:

• Drafting petitions, appeals, and replies in GST and indirect tax matters.
• Representing clients at departmental hearings and higher appellate forums.
• Providing legal opinions and advisory on GST and allied laws.

Key Qualifications

• Strong drafting skills in English.
• Sound knowledge of Tax Laws and general legal principles.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• LL.B. (Bachelor’s in Law) or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in GST and indirect tax matters will be an added advantage.

Experience Required

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on drafting experience in legal matters (mandatory).
